dear friend Angel Author Barbara Mark! Welcome back Barbara...

with us again an amazing lady...Barbara Mark. As a special gift
to us on her birthday, tonight Barbara Mark is graciously going
to share an evening or Angel readings. So get ready to party
with the Angels!!!
Barbara is a nationally known teacher, lecturer, and spiritual
counselor. Barbara and her sister are co-authors of,
'Angelspeake: How to Talk with Your Angels,' and 'The
Angelspeake Book of Prayer and Healing.'
She has shared many wonderful chat events with us in the past so

And now...I give you the birthday girl...Barbara Mark!!!
(BarbaraMark) I am so happy to be here. In fact I am bubbling
over...I am sure the joy angels are with us all. While I was
waiting, I thought of 2 things I wanted to mention first off...
1. Do I have permission to type poorly?
(Sharon) You sure do! Haaa we all do that!
2. I want to teach you how to focus on what YOU need and want to
have a better, more loving, and self-centered life.
The angels tell us all the time that the most important lesson
we have to learn, is to learn to love ourselves first and best.
Now why would they say such a thing?
Because we can only love others to the extent and limit that we
love ourselves. To do this easily, just follow your heart. Check
in within yourself with every problem, and trust that your inner
knowing is guiding you and leading you constantly and totally
all the time.
Here is an easy way to figure out if you are in tune with your
inner voice:
Put everything on a scale of 1-10. One being the most dismal
feeling in your heart when you ask what you should do about
something. 10 being the most passionate feeling. 5 would be
okay.
When you are faced with a problem or a decision, go within
yourself and test where you stand on the scale of 1-10. Are you
above a 5? Or below a 5?
If you feel above a 5, then say YES to your decision. If you are
beneath a 5, say no.
Your inner knowing is telling you that the thing you are asking
about isn't good for you...or not good at this time. Trust this
inner feeling, because it is exactly how your angels or your
higher self guides you.
Think of your job, for instance. How do you feel about it? Above
a 5? Below a 5?
Give it a number. If you are above a 5, the higher it goes, the
happier and more passionate you are about it. It is a fit.
If you are below a 5, the lower you go, the worse you feel about
it. If you are a 2 or 3, you probably need to look for another
job. You are ready to move on to another layer of understanding
and experience and what you have learned about the lessons re:
the job, have been learned.
You hear (or perhaps you have) gotten sick with something like
carpal tunnel, or back problems, or some of the other
afflictions that mean that you are not good where you are. Then,
ask your angel to help your think up your perfect job----make a
list of everything that is important to you--- then ask them to
bring that job to you.
Say Dear Angels,
Somewhere there is a perfect job that is looking for a person
just like me. Please help them (or it) find me.
Sincerely,
Me
Then turn it over and trust that your angels are going to bring
the job to you that you have been desiring, OR BETTER! You will
feel at peace because you know your angels are working for you
and you can put your cause and prayer in their loving hands.
They are the ones who have probably been trying to get you to
look for another job in the first place.
You can do this with anything... A house or apartment, A car, a
relationship.
By the way, think about your relationship... are you above a 5
or below? The moral of this is... Don't walk down the aisle with
a TWO.... but we do. At least once.
Take care of yourself through your inner knowing; that is how
your angels take care of you, too. This way to make decisions is
my Birthday Gift to YOU! Hope it helps like it has helped so

(CAMMY_WebAdmin) Barbara...the first question is from SHANNON:
(shannon)Happy Birthday Barbara...I feel nervous, maybe a bit
fearful when I try to communicate with my angels. How do I get
past that?
(BarbaraMark) Tell you angels how you feel, and ASK them to
remove your nervousness. Then take a deep breath and begin
writing or typing. You are afraid because you think you might do
something unacceptable. You can't. They love you love you love
you. With practice you will get less fearful.
(shannon) Thank you so much.

(CAMMY_WebAdmin) Barbara...the next question is from DEBBIEB:
(debbieb) Hi my daughter, who is 4, has been seeing someone who
we we're told is her guardian angel. I was also told I have the
same angel. I would just like a reading to find out if the
person she sees is our angel.
(BarbaraMark) With little ones, often there is a Family Angel
who takes care of the entire family. Our family has an angel
called Hans, who kind of oversees everyone. We have our own
individual angels, of course, but Hans particularly protected
the little ones until they got their own angels. Or needed more
protection, probably. That is why you both share (and maybe more
of you) the same angels.
Also pregnant women and their babies often share an angel...
Isn't that awesome and dear?
(debbieb) The person she sees, is actually her teachers son who
died.
(BarbaraMark) In this case, you see that teacher, too, so she
won't be confused. You are able to guide her and explain and
understand what is going on.

(CAMMY_WebAdmin) Barbara...the next question is from URQUIZA
(URQUIZA) I have had a very difficult year after an accident I
had, and I am still in a lot of pain,... do my angel/angels have
any views/suggestions on when will I start feeling better?
(BarbaraMark) Dear Urquiza, you will feel better. When, has to
do with all sorts of things. This pain and the accident itself
has been so your life understanding could advance quickly.
Keep in touch with your angels, and offer the pain to God for
that greater understanding. Pain is a wonderful gift to give for
something or someone else. To 'Let it Go' will alleviate it,
too. Ask your angels what you are supposed to do with it. Think
of it, they are telling me, as if it is something 'outside'
yourself rather than inside yourself.
There is (I am being told) a wonderful healer in your circle of
friends. Ask her to pull the pain from your body just as you
would a rope from a box. Pray, pray, pray, and 'believe' your
pain is falling away from you. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go.
Breathe it out as it is pulled.
The angels say that as you give it up, you will feel better. My
daughter was cured of debilitating sciatica, which had her on
disability for 2 years, in 7 minutes... by letting it go.
Recognize it, let it go and feel the healing replace the pain.
Your angels will guide you.
(URQUIZA) Barbara is this a living person? The healer?
(BarbaraMark) The healer is living? I don't know who it is, but
she feels like someone who does massage or cranial sacral work.
Ask your angels to bring her to YOU.

(CAMMY_WebAdmin) Barbara...the next question is from KIMMYKMAC:
(kimmykmac) Is it true that your angel/guide can help direct you
when a certain situation occurs, but after so many times instead
guiding you, they have to let you decide alone? And is this your
test of which you are down here to learn?
(BarbaraMark) Maybe. Every lesson is different. I find that if I
don't think about rules or conditions, and just talk to my
angels with love that I do better. One time the angels told me
that they could help me much faster and better if I would put my
head in a drawer.
I have quit the figuring it out game a lot since then. If you
have asked your angel for something and nothing happens, then
take that as a Not Now, a Not Yet, or a Not. What do you want to
know?
(kimmykmac) Is my health good, mentally and physically?
(BarbaraMark) Your angels are telling you to stop waiting. There
is much for you to do. Your health is fine... it is your mind
and the doubts being carried that are slowing it down. Do the
next obvious thing at any given time and you will always be on
your right path. Figuring it out only slows it downs.

(Neoma) Happy birthday Barbara, and thank you for taking time to
do this! I was wondering what direction the relationship I am
currently in will take? Can the angels help me tonight?
(BarbaraMark) Your angels are saying that you are living in what
they are calling the Land of Wishes. They are suggesting that
you go to the scale of 1-10...
(Neoma) lol
(BarbaraMark) ...and you will know immediately what you need to
do.
(Neoma) ok
(BarbaraMark) Then stick with it. With this person, you have
been wishy-washy...
(Neoma) Yes... for over 10 years.
(BarbaraMark) ...and nothing is happening that is advancing the
relationship.
(Neoma) Correct.
(BarbaraMark) They are also saying, that on a scale of 1-10
where do YOU stand in His life????
(Neoma) I will ask that.
(BarbaraMark) Oh my...that one hurts, doesn't it?
(Neoma) yes
(BarbaraMark) Remember, YOU are the most important being in your
own life. No one else.
(Neoma) I think I am pretty high up.

(Faithfil) Happy Birthday Barbara! I just made a career
transition. I'd love confirmation from my Angels that I'm moving
in a positive and successful direction?
(BarbaraMark) Yes, you are.
(Faithfil) :)
(BarbaraMark) Otherwise you wouldn't be in that career choice.
Once we start working with the angels and believing they are
guiding and protecting us, and then you can trust that you are
in your right place. Sooner or later you will get the 'urge' to
move on, and that is your angels showing/telling you that it is
time to go somewhere else. Enjoy your job. You are learning a
great deal.

(Danielle25) I'm 25 and pregnant. I lost my job a couple weeks
ago. Things are so bad right now and I don't know how to stay
positive. Can my angels share with me anything?
(BarbaraMark) Here is your prayer:
Dear angels,
Protect me. Protect my child. Show me how to support my baby and
take away the fears I have about that. And please, angels bring
to me the perfect job so that I may have the abundance I need
during this time. And make it REALLY clear so I don't miss it.

don't feel good, it is easy to fall into a worry habit.

(BarbaraMark) I am also getting that it was a good thing to lose
that job. It was not a good place for you to be.

(BarbaraMark) You are safer and happier now.

infections. Can my Angels help me in any way?
(BarbaraMark) Everyone here should get a copy of Louise Hays
book, 'You Can Heal Your Life.'

(BarbaraMark) AWESOME, and it will get yourself started on how
to read your body.
(Spook) fair enough
(BarbaraMark) In this case Spook, why not just ask your throat
what it is trying to tell you by being sore and craving all that
attention? Give it a VOICE (is this too much....you have clever
angels!) and believe what it says. You will have everything
explained to you.

(arcangel) Hi and Happy Birthday Barbara. I know the Angels are
trying to tell me something, and they are using the numbers 4
and 11, could your Angels help me to understand? Thank you.
(BarbaraMark) I'm gong to be out of work if I'm not careful, but
again, ask your angels what they mean.
(arcangel) Yes
(BarbaraMark) Everyone has their own meanings/symbolism for
certain things. So, what does 4 and 11 meant to you?
(arcangel) Yes
(BarbaraMark) 4 and 11 mean little or nothing to me, but 11:11
sure does.
(arcangel) Ok, it does appear a lot.
(BarbaraMark) Also other symbols that I might happen to see or
pictures or songs. The angels are communicating all of these to
you, or perhaps a deceased loved one, so go to the source for
the answer.

(Adzang_n_Lotus) Hello Barbara, welcome :) Lotus asks: I have
been searching for a job for months and I am becoming very
frustrated being unable to find the right job, I was wondering
if my angels have any direction as to what position I should
apply for?

(BarbaraMark) Truth is within you. First of all, DON'T go to
your resume to find a job.
Look at all the jobs you have ever had? Where does each one fit
on a scale of 1-10? Rate them...
(Adzang_n_Lotus) I've been self-employed.
(BarbaraMark) Then look at the things you like to do. The ones
you are PASSIONATE about, (8, 9, 10), are where you job lies.
Match every aspect of you passion to something or a job that
would fit your personality and style.
(Adzang_n_Lotus) The ones I feel passionate about seem
unobtainable...
(BarbaraMark) Nothing that matches your passion is
unobtainable... I found a job in a radio station by doing that
and I was an enormous success in that business for many years.
And all I was doing was trying to make a list of what I wanted
in a job, and in my head it POPPED...."sell radio advertising."
(Adzang_n_Lotus) Ok, thank you
(BarbaraMark) I didn't know an angel from an aardvark, but now I
know it was my angel guiding me to where I needed to be. Trust
your inner knowing. That is the best place to go what you have a
problem or a question, or a need.

(indigo) Happy birthday Barbara, and thank you for sharing your
special day with us. I have been confronted with some life
changing events. The place I'm working at is closing down and
I'm looking for some angelic insight or guidance please as to my
future.
(BarbaraMark) Dear Indigo.... Your angels are telling me that
you should rest till after Christmas. You will not starve.
(indigo) hmmm
(BarbaraMark) They are telling me that you are exhausted from
the job you left and you need to replenish. What a cruel place
that was. After the 1st of Jan, you will have clarity and a new
vision, you will see that you are not an idiot for staying there
so long, and you will find your new, perfect, place.

(Libby01) I have been having prophetic dreams for about 5 months
now and feel I have experienced a spiritual awakening. Is this
information coming from my guardian angel?
(BarbaraMark) WOW! You are in a brand new state of being. We are
meeting in our work many people who are coming awake to some
awesome gifts.
(Libby01) Yes, it is very exciting!
(BarbaraMark) That is why we started doing what we call
Spiritual Coaching. When you are growing so fast, it is helpful
to have a friend or guide to help you "emerge."
(Libby01) I'm sure it would answer many of my questions.
(BarbaraMark) When my sister Trudy and I were first gifted, we
were at a loss as to what was going on, so we helped each other,
wrote for each other and went crazy with each other and came out
the other side eventually.
(Libby01) I record all my dreams.
(BarbaraMark) When the angels are going beyond your
understanding and you get lost, you may need a spiritual guide
on earth who has been there, done that. If you want to know

(BarbaraMark) But most of all, ASK your angels to help you find
a like-minded friend to lead you through the confusion and
questions you have.

coming and going in your life - How can you tell if you have a

(BarbaraMark) I can tell by the feeling or energy that comes in
with them. Sometimes different angels have totally different
personalities and you just KNOW that it is a new one.
Sometimes they spell funny... or give you a different name than
you are used to. Actually, after you are used to talking to them
it doesn't really matter who comes through. You just KNOW it is
an angel and you trust it and what it says. You can also ASK the
new angel why they are there and why did the old one leave?
They'll tell you.

what career do my angels feel would be the best for my spiritual
evolvement?
(BarbaraMark) Again, rachel7, go in the direction of your
passion. This is your angels giving you the perfect "feeling" so
that you will use the best parts of you to do the work God wants
you to do.
Your inner voice speaks loud and clear when you have headed in
the wrong direction, and it will speak just as loudly when it
wants you to go in the right direction. Also, most of all, don't
talk yourself out of your best ideas. You picked this wonderful
birth sign of yours so you would have a desire to go forward and
DO IT!

life holds for me now....what do the angels say?
(BarbaraMark) Oh this is the BEST time. You are open for any and

go to a sr. citizens center and play the old standards. What
happiness you will take with you! Play the old standards and
invite them to sing along.

Angels tell me how to help my eldest daughter please? Thank you.
(BarbaraMark) My dear Shazza. You are going to be told by your
angels to do the hardest thing of all... you are to let her make
her mistakes.
(shazza) oh my
(BarbaraMark) You do not need to give her advice, money, or bail
her out of her troubles. Just love her.
(shazza) can do that easy
(BarbaraMark) Until she learns that she must take care of
herself instead of relying on everyone else, she will not learn.
Think of how you learned? You made mistakes.
(shazza) yes, was hard
(BarbaraMark) And you made them again, until finally you decided
that 'This is NOT working, I think I will quit doing this and
find another way.' It is the same with her.
(shazza) she will be fine then
(BarbaraMark) Trust that she has angels too. And they will let
her learn while they are standing by when she falls...as many
times as it takes. Pray for her. Love her. And turn her over to
her angels.

(babs) Hi Barbara. I've been feeling so lost...I ask for signs
from my angels, but can't find them. What am I doing wrong?
(BarbaraMark) Dear babs... This is hard for me to write, because
I am a people pleaser of the highest order, but your angels are
telling me to tell you to get off the pity pot and go help
someone. You have been looking at your little troubles when
there are big ones all around you. They are saying that they
Love you and are showing you where to go. Just follow your heart
and someone who needs help will show up in front of you.
(babs) So many at times I don't know what way to turn.
(BarbaraMark) They will show you. ():-)

(Lorin) Barbara, I've been in a kind of career limbo for about a
year and a half now. My current job is adequate for providing
for my family but I take absolutely no satisfaction in it. I
have many other interests but none that have any potential of
becoming a new career. I would like to know what action is
necessary from me in order to truly live my life's purpose and
be supported in it financially.
(BarbaraMark) Make a dream job list. Write down every single
thing that you would like to have in a job....
Unbelievable good SALARY
Best Benefits
Short commute
Fantastic Boss
Good working conditions, etc.
Every thing you want from all the other jobs you have had. Pick
and chose the best things. Then at the end of your list, write
OR BETTER, and that you want this job to appear quickly, easily,
and fearlessly. Then say to your angels,
Dear Angels,
There is a job out there that has all of these qualities or
better... Please have it find me!
then fuggedaboutit.
Believe the angels are helping this job find you. Be patient.
And expect a miracle!
Everybody, YOU are your angels work! They exist to help you. ASK
them to do so. Be specific. Believe they will help you get
exactly what you asked for unless you have asked for something
that will bring you harm in some way. Then let it go. Don't
control how it happens. And finally, Say Thank YOU for whatever
happens. This is the method of working with your angels.

(frank) Happy Birthday, Barbara!!! I have been feeling pulled to
develop my spiritual gifts, energies etc. What do you suggest I
do to tap into spirit & use it as a tool for others?
(BarbaraMark) Listen. Listen. Listen. If you have the desire,
then the way will be shown to you. You can't miss it because
every angel in heaven is aligning itself with you to help you
find your way. You CANNOT miss it!
I like this prayer and I use it a lot when I don't know what is
going on...
As I walk, I say,
Show me the way,
Show me the way,
Show me the way.
You will never get lost again.

(BarbaraMark) I would like to give a special message from the
angels for all of you. Every one of you has already accessed
your angels. Every one of you has seen an angel. Every one of
you is working for God. There is no trick or special prayer or
thing you must do in order to advance in understanding and love.
Every one of you works for God and the angels are his 'troops'
whom he has sent to make sure you don't get lost. They aren't
going to let you be the 'one who got away.'
They aren't going to let you be the one who wasn't smart enough,
or faithful enough, or good enough, or educated enough, or
pretty/handsome enough. Every one of you is PERFECT!
And because you are perfect, you are working for God. No two of
you are alike in any way. Physically, mentally, emotionally, you
are all different. Not one of you believes the same as another.
Your politics are different. Your locations are different. Your
status is different.
Your lifetimes are all unique. But still God says, "I want YOU!"
And you don't even have to say yes. Because before you were born
you already did. You are perfect. And you are ready. Just
believe it.
