A Request from Gull-Britt
Iím so grateful for the songs and music Elvis Presley made and left for us. Is it possible to say THANK YOU to him in any way, where he is now. If so please send him my thoughts and thanks for all the joy and happiness his music is for me, especially the earlier part and his gospel. Thank You. Gull-Britt
Letís tell him through the angels. His birthday is January 8, so it will be timely.
Dear Ones, It is kind of you to praise my music. I thank you. Sometimes the lives we pick are full of both good and bad examples. I loved writing my music and sharing it with others. The gospel music was my favorite because it put me close to God. The drugs took me away from Him, and even though it seems like my ending was sad and unnecessary, it was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Many souls were touched when I died, and many of those who would have gone on to unhappy endings like I did, were changed in their ways so they could become better people.
Everything on earth that happens and everyone who touches another in some way is significant to the world. If I had a song to sing to you right now, it would carry the message that You are Good and that GOD LOVES YOU. The more you have to offer the world the more challenges you will face. Gifts donít come with a price, but they do come with an expectation that they will be used wisely.
I send blessings to you all for this New Year. Use 2004 wisely for it, too, is a gift.
Hi Barbara & Trudy,
I recently read the newsletter which came out on 1/4/04. In it, there was a message from Elvis Presley.
It's funny but as I read it, I did not read it in my regular thinking voice...it was as if I were hearing Elvis speak the words himself or read it to me himself. I was hearing his voice, with a southern accent. It was the strangest thing that has ever happened to me....and the first time that ever happened. Also, it was being read very fast. Did Elvis really read that e-mail to me?
The fact that it did not sound like you, and you knew it was Elvisí voice validates your experience. Sometimes we receive messages with accents and speaking styles that makes us KNOW it had to be them..
