I have had a request to contact Ricky Nelson on the other side. I
asked if he had anything he’d like to share with us:
I sure do and I thought you guys would never ask!
I was never comfortable in my own skin while I was on earth. Not in
my family or any other relationships, certainly not in front of the
camera, as you could all clearly see. Probably the only time I felt
good about me was with my music. For a kid who appeared to “have it
all”, it never felt that way to me and I was not at peace. I needed
to do the inner work that was necessary for me to learn to accept
and appreciate myself, but I stubbornly refused to take the time to
heal me.
My song “Garden Party” was given to me by my angels and guides and
was written to help me, and those on earth, understand that life is
not about always living for the good times, or control, or approval
or any of the things that drive us. Life is about finding your inner
balance and self love and finally learning to appreciate your life
from the inside out.
I tell you this from here because I want you all to know that no
matter what you learn while on earth, you must take the time to care
for and learn to love yourself. Self love goes so much farther than
you can ever imagine from your perspective. Learning to love and
care for you can also teach you how to love one another, heal the
earth, heal hearts, relationships, on and on. If you truly want to
make a difference on earth, than learn self love. Life is too short
and to special to waste.
